I hired NNLV to demount and replace my TV. Austin was right on time and not only did what I needed done, he corrected errors made by the original installer and my new TV now hangs level on the wall. Entire job was done and the new TV programmed for less than half of what the Geek Squad would have charged, and they wouldn't have corrected the original installation deficiencies. Thanks Austin, for making an old pensioners life a little easier! ;)

Appointment made Dec 18 to install surround sound and clean up and organize old cables. Installation was done Dec 21 in an hour!!! Wasn't even expecting to get an appointment before Christmas. They took the box and old cables to dispose for us. Highly recommend for prompt, professional, reasonable priced service.

They were prompt and took plenty of time in putting up an over the fireplace articulating mantel wallmount for our television. We had initially hired Dish to do the same job and they were absolutely terrible. We would definitely use this company again. They are very customer service oriented which is hard to find in today's market.

Mark and Justin wired our Bose surround sound through the attic and mounted speakers on the walls. They were on time, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did what we contracted them to do.

I called this business to get my TVs hard wired for internet service. From start to finish this was one of the most professional interactions I have had with any business in any line of work.
They understood over the phone exactly what I wanted within minutes without any problems. Amazing. This alone puts them in the top 1% of all businesses.
They showed up the next day, completed an estimate after giving me a plethora of options and then completed the work! Wow. The cost was very reasonable (my wife asked why it was so low).
This company needs to train other companies in customer service. Simply excellent.

When a defective component was discovered mid-installation, we knew we had hired guys with integrity. Austin was on the phone immediately to multiple sources to get a replacement for that part, not next week, not tomorrow but now so that our install could be completed as planned.

First, NNLV engineered and installed a weatherized exterior TV and sound bar to hold up to the elements for viewing outside on the back patio. In addition, working in tandem with the builders’ electricians installing the homes high voltage wiring, NNLV dovetailed the low voltage wiring of a quality surround system into the great room. Lastly, they did a very professional installation of the audio-visual solution in the master bedroom. NNLV totally wired a new home with audio visual solutions throughout the house that are superior. A testament to their technical prowess.

Austin is A M A Z I N G! Instead of charging me to come out, he walked me through how to stop the annoying chirping noise our alarm was making in the middle of the night and all over the phone.
